No chance of video as suspected, but it's drying right now.
Notice lint free cloth and soapy water.
About 20 mins later it is dry enough to finalize the edges.
This is my 6th install, all doing it this way from the start. Works like a charm.

Very nice! I'm using a coffee filter for my lint-free cloth

Well that was pretty much amazing! My iPhone is no longer slippery with the grime of my fingerprints!

Ya, it's good stuff. People who have never had one don't understand when you buy a BSE you're buying more than just a case. It improves everything from your grip, to your fingerprints, to everything else.

i have a question for you guys, looked at all the pics and searched but not one person that i have seen has said this, BUT i am about to install mine but i have my sim card in a donor phone until i can use my iphone..... do i have to have my sim card in my iphone because the skin covers the sim card slot. i don't want to put this skin on only to realize i have to take it off and buy another one to put the sim card in first. thanks in advance?

Do it with the steam and instructions above and you'll nail it every time.

ive become a pro at the invisheild. I can get i pretty wet sometimes too i use a blow dryer works wonders, i put it on 110% all corners and everything is perfect

I did my first BSE just by dipping it in the liquid. My application was perfect in terms of no orange peeling or air bubbles! Unfortunately the corners were not very done well and they peeled off to the point where I have decided to replace it. (After about 6 months) This time I will try the shower method!
So a word of warning to everyone; get those corners down perfectly!

I used BSE on my HTC Touch Pro and was very happy. The back pieces eventually started to wear and I removed them after about 6 months, but the screen stayed good for almost a year. Some dirt started building under a corner and it started slowly lifting at that edge, but I only removed it (very slow, steady peeling to remove) when I knew I was about to retire the phone (somewhere around June 19th
I've ordered BSE (screen only) for my new 3GS and agree with steps given in the guide here. Minimal water is best (obviously) and steam is very important in the process.
I didn't order the back for my iPhone because I usually use a protective case and/or keep the phone in a belt clip, plus it's a lot harder to apply the back. But it is nice to have full coverage, so if you're up to the task, get the back also - especially if you don't use any other case or cover.
My HTC still looks brand new after living in BSE for most of it's life! BSE is a great insurance against so many probably mishaps and normal wear and tear.
