Car dock help

I am looking for a car dock similar to this, 7-in-1 Car Kit for iPhone 2G / 3G
the thing is i want the iphone to charge, but i don t need the fm transmitter, it would be a plus when i go in other people cars, because my car has the aux in the stereo. I am not sure if when i plug the bottom in to charge it in this unit if i am forced to use to fm transmitter. Does anyone have this? Plus the remote is cool. Something similar to this TuneFlex Aux but for the 3g or 2g

i contaced griffin technology and they told me that they are working on something like the tuneflex for the iphone and that it is a possibility it might come out before Christmas, does anyone have any idea if any other company makes something like the tuneflex for the i phone, i really would like to get one before i head to italy in the middle of december! here is the tuneflex by griffin:

I have been searching for a good car dock since the day I got my phone and have came up with nothing that I like so now I plan to find someone with a Iphone dock for cheap on craigslist and custom fabricate the dock into an area in my car where it's easily accessible and looks good. If I have success with it I'll post a write up on it with pictures. Until then I will continue the search with you.

I have Proclip system in my Acura TSX. Works perfectly. Expensive but very well made.

the pro clips look and sounds really good but between the mount and the attachment it costs around 100 dollars!

uhhh. No trim damage... wtf ? It just clips right on, no screws or anything.
Where do you see damage?
