Not really sure what you're asking.

Are you trying to broadcast a wifi signal with your iphone or just access your internet connection through wifi with your iphone?

that is a wifi dongle for your computer, allowing it to access a wireless network. What YOU need is a wireless network, i.e a wireless router.
