I have a pioneer deck in my car with an ipod attachment. I switch between hooking up my really old iPod and my iPhone. It used to work perfectly with my iPhone when it was unlocked with 1.1.4. Now I'm unlocked with 2.0 and it gives me nothing but trouble. Has anyone experienced a similar problem/know how to fix it.
Can you be a little more specific on the particular issues you are having and the model of your headunit?
I have an AVIC-D3 and have a few issues myself. No video out, no charging, and no phonebook sync over bluetooth. The no charging issue will be fixed with several adaptors being released by 3rd parties in September. It will convert the power coming over the firewire pin in the Pioneer cable to be on the USB pin as required for all 3G iPhones. It will do nothing for bluetooth phone book sync or videos though.
