FoofShop iPhone Foofbags - EH..
|
EDIT: I e-mailed them and they're sending me a free replacement, so hopefully it was a mix up, but if anyone else has used this product - is it really THAT 'snug'?
I recently purchased a Nami Aka foofbag for the iPhone from foofshop.com. I may have been sent the wrong product, I don't know. My iPhone won't fit. It's the bare iPhone; nothing more, and it won't fit. I've tried to insert the iPhone various ways; not only is it time-consuming, but all attempts fail. It will fit about 80% of the way and then it just sticks out; even then, the foofbag becomes distorted because it seems as though it was not sewn to hold such a large device. Two reasons come to mind: one; as they are individually hand-sewn, it was just an error, and two; I was sent an iPod Touch foofbag. I can see the iPod touch easily sliding into the bag I received as it's much thinner than the iPhone.
So, anyone else order an iPhone foofbag and had similar problems? I'm wondering if it's a significant design (to the point of being unusable) or a one-time error (unlucky me!).
