I bought the iTrip at walmart and it works great. My advice as far as fm transmitters go is to just make sure you get one that can transmit over the entire fm band. Most that i have seen only cover the first and last frequencies. Also usually one frequency doesn't work for all area you are in so it will take some fenesse.

yes thanks for the advice you are totally correct.
i really would like a fm transmitter that can also charge up your iphone when plugged into the car's port.

Monster FM Trans.
This is the one that I have, it works great. If the phone rings the music fades out and the ringer comes on. When I answer it, I just pick up the phone and talk and it is not playing in the car for everyone else to hear. I end the call and the music goes back to my speakers. It is also a charger.

i didn't get the iTrip that has the ipod connector. I got the one with the standard head phone adapter with a usb charging connector. That way it works on more than just the iphone. i did have to get one of those belkin headphone jack adapters but i didn't mind that.
