are solar chargers a good buy?

seems to be handy when out and iphone need to be charge..

i know theres lots out there but this one caught my eyes

Their are handy for outdoor things like camping(only time ive actually used mine) but other than that its quite a pain. It has to be fairly sunny out and you have to let it sit out for quite a while. If it wasnt so expensive id say it was worth it.
