Hi there,

I have a Plantronics 220/ I know it's a cheap one / and I have been using it successfully with my PS3. I thought I'd try using it with the iPhone as well. The phone discovers the headset and it show that both devices are paired, but when I go to answer a call there is no sound. It's as if there is no headset- I can hear my phone speaker but nothing comes through the headset. I looked at a few forums regarding this matter and it seems like people are using them without any issues. This makes me think that either there is something defective with the headset or it is a really simple solution that I'd be embarrassed once I find out. Anyone with ideas, suggestions, instructions please enlighten me.
