Use iPhone to control the Universe
I am working on turning a Meraki ( http://meraki.com ) into a remote slave for the iPhone. Imagine controlling your car, home or business with your iPhone using the 802.11b/g connection. Once this project succeeds, I will be offering these devices for sale, hopefully offering them through the modmyiPhone store.
Anyway, all the design and software will be available to everyone through a GPL license. For experimenters, the Merakis are inexpensive at $49 each plus shipping.

for details
Since I am stupid about some Linux wireless details, I will be paying a smart guy in that area $300 to sort out how the iPhone ( or any wireless laptop ) can talk to the Meraki wirelessly. If you help out by sending me some paypal contributions, you will get double that much off on the first units I sell. Plus special treatment, top of the queue, that sort of thing.

What DOES it do. And one post in one forum is fine, no need to double post.
