What are they cases ? Or are they complete phones ?

You can buy the complete phone from them if you wanted to. Or you can send in your phone and they change the entire back of it and the front silver bezel.

Its not a case. It practically everything on the outside of the phone thats being replaced except for the screen.

All iphones have cases. THe internals are placed in the external casing. what else could you call the exterior of the iphone.

I didnt mean like a secondary accessory case.
