Mini review of the Cozip iPhone case (Pics)

I originally posted this over @ Howard Forums. Some of you'all might find this useful.

This case prevents scratches to the back of the phone and part of the chrome. The iPhone along with this case will will work with an Apple universal dock with insert #10. The phone & case won't fit into the supplied dock.

The Cozip case is very slim, so it doesn't take away from the look of the phone. In fact, I think that the case looks very nice and enhances the iPhone's look. It's made of a hard plastic material with a slightly rubbery touch. Hence, the iPhone becomes easier to grip.

I got mine from eBay, and it's available via Amazon too, and is one of their most popular cases for the iPhone. The case also comes in multiple colours of which I own black and white. Here are the pics:

I have this case on mine and it is awesome!! I would recommend this case to anyone who has trouble with the "drops" because its just enough grip w/o making it look bad!

I like it.

Now if only they had put a little tab to insert into the headphone jack to protect that little white dot water sensor from getting wet. That would have been genius.

It's not made to protect the iPhone. It's made to prevent scratches and not destroy the beautiful look of the phone while improving grip. Cheers.

I would go with the BSE over this...

The BSE keeps the beauty of the iPhone as well as protects it enough for my liking.

I went that route too: Tried InvisibleShield and didn't like it that much: Doesn't provide a good grip to my liking. Cheers.

Yeah, sure.. It doesn't cover the bezel, so its not preventing scratches, therefore destroying the beautiful look. Call me when it does protect it.

I have been using and selling these cozip cases for about a month now and I personally really like it, I also have Contour Showcase, Griffin sleve/holster leather case as well as a iSkin Revo...

The cozips surprisingly has become my everyday case, wanna know why? because as the op stated it doest take away from the original shape, i.e. i can slip it into and out of my pocket easily, plunk it on the desk while i am working etc.. It adds a nice rubberized feel to the phone so it adds some much needed grip and really helps with ifumbles.

The other cases I have I must admit are all very good, but there all add allot of size to the phone and the iSkin Revo for example would pull my entire pocket out when taking the phone out of my pocket (so i really use that for beach and going on the boat etc). The contour showcase is nice too, but that is also bulky and is good when used with the holster (so its my meeting case), but sometimes where i go flashing my iphone may be a bad idea. I love my griffin holster so i am not going to compare them - lol - jk, cause that doesn't so much protect the phone once you have taken it out or are using it)

despite what you think. this case does help with little drops and bumps, (its not going to help a flat faced drop on the screen like the others) - but it's a nice cheap everyday knock about case, its very easy to snap on and off, and its so cheap, i have a few colors and change them on the fly. (i got a blue, black and red) and people who buy other cases normally come back and buy one of these simply for the same reasons above.

I use the Griffin sleve/holster myself. I don't use the clip and put iphone in pocket. When answering it might take sometime to get it out of the pocket and sleve, but that's what voice mail is for.

My wife and I received our Cozip cases today, and I have to say so far it's exactly what I wanted. I have a Case-Mate flip case/holster combo which is nice but, the flip part drives me batsh*t, and the holster makes it pretty bulky and in general takes away from the general thinness of the phone. With nothing on the phone I have been scared that it is going to slip from my hands, the Cozip case provides a nice gripping surface and provides enough protection that I don't have to be afraid to sit it down on something and scratch it up. Yep you guys are right, it's not going to save your phone if you drop it from 3ft onto a hard surface, but at least it provides me enough grip that I don't feel like I'm going to drop it every time I pull it out of my pocket, and it maintains the nice (almost)"naked" feel of the phone.
