What you need:

1. 10 gallons of solid concrete
2. 5 pounds of bubblewrap
3. 70 springs
4. Few cans of super glue
5. 4 car tires

i use this case from incipio... a little bulky but provides color changes and has a doubly layered case( 1st a soft case, then a hard shell) which provides shock absortion...just yesterday i dropped my iphone down the stairs( and of course it hit every stair with a sickening thud on the way down) and my fone was perfectly fine... in fact, not even the case had a scratch on it....also, the way the hard shell is, it comes up above the sides of the screen less than a mm but is just enough to stop the screen from actually hitting the ground....
