Bose Earphones
Is there away to get into or open bose earphones? I need to get into them without damaging the outside if possible. I dont want to crush/smash/ break them. Please help!

when it comes to those
my suggestions would be not to mess with them
and just buy one of those adaptors
i know those things are hella expensive

Dam. Ok. I was planning to put the speakers in them into my iphone ones. This way i have the great sound of Bose in apple earphones with iphone mic. Well there goes on plan!

I wouldn't suggest that at all. Haha. An adapter works just fine.

umm, you can open them (if you are able to cleanly, which I doubt) and just replace the cable, you can probably just desolder/resolder the wires. The apple wires are easy to get off, the earphones come apart really easily if you hit them with a hammer or so from the side (doesn't do much damage/no damage if you do it gently). the only problem would be getting the boses apart. in any case do not replace a driver, the earphone casings are made to work with a specific driver. and in ear armature inside a normal earphone would sound worse than the tinniest earphone you can buy.

the bose triports look like an easy mod... the speaker is screwed inside the earpiece, comes out easily, wires can then be soldered to the contacts on the back.
