Headphones that fit iPhone without adapter, but are not Earbuds?

Like the title I dont use the normal apple earphones as they fall out of my ear, ive bought some cheap headphones and use an adapter but im looking for some headphones that are going to sound nice maybe in the 50-100 dollar range and where i wont need a adapter?? Or even if i still do at least some that sound good

But I want them to have a ear clip no ear buds, any suggestions?
