Edit before call feature for Iphone

Hey, is there anyone who can create a dialer application with "edit before call" feature. It means that the dialer will read the phone number from the Contacts list, then allow the user the edit the number before call.

I will pay US$30 for the application.

I will add another USD 30 if you have the same edit before call as in the palm... but will be OK with the just edit before call idea. (Jason Kit already does such thing but it is highly buggy)

How exactly do you edit? I don't understand. Why do you need to edit?

There is a new application called "Smart Dialler" under productivity. It allows you to edit the phone number, add a prefix before you make any phone calls.
