Thats because you need the custom version of it. I have it working on my 1.1.4 phone.

uhh i guess i have the "limited edtion" 1.1.4 firmware because everytime i download and install customize 2.0 the program tells me it only works for 1.1.[123]. but what do i know?

first u need to download i app a day from ur installer...then u should get a update for installer...update installer...then find customize 2.0. and download it this should work it did for me i had the same problem...its all because of the update for installer.let me know if this helped you!
