picture messaging

anyone got any apps that can make it so you can receive picture messaging and it NOT have to be sent to your email?

also, I saw a friend had an app where he could change the things his phone said..example...when someone called he could have it say "answer" or "ignore this b****"

thanks for all the help, I just jailbroke my phone last night but I have absolutely no clue how to do any of this stuff really, can I use diff apps from different sites? I broke mine from ziphone.org, so does that mean I can only get stuff from that site?
