Any True "restart" apps?

I was just wondering if there was a app that would restart the phone instead of just the springboard. I currently use Sysinfo but that takes 2 steps....

whats wrong with shutting it down and turning back on. come people don't expect to have an app for every little minor thing.

Well the same can be said for respringing apps. Sometimes my phone locks up and needs a reboot. Is there anyway I can modifiy the "Restart" app to truely restart?
