If you would like to contact Adobe and convince them to compile a version of flash for the iPhone's ARM processor then be my guest. Until then I won't hold my breath. Apple is going to have to make some sort of arrangement with them to be able to have this feature available on the iPhone.

Well, they have the source for Flash 7, hence Flash on the Opera Browser on the Nintendo Wii. Maybe someone could compile it for the ARM processor?

I wrote an extensive article about whether or not we'll see Flash in the iPhone. Unfortunately, the issue is much more complicated than just compiling a player for the ARM chip. There are massive political (Apple vs. Adobe) issues and even more significant UI API issues related to ActionScript (eg. there is no Touch API in Flash). That said, there are a lot of reasons to expect an iPhone Flash player eventually.

not on the iphone.
Theres about 10,000+ videos on youtube that have been converted not to use Flash, since the iphone frameworks dont support Flash YET, we can only view thoose 10,000+ videos through our iphones.

By your description, you're saying either 1. the videos are being converted from flash to an unknown format in real-time while their being downloaded to the phone. Or 2. Youtube has gone out of their way to convert 10,000+ videos to some unknown format just for iPhone users.
Could you clarify?

Youtube has converted 10,000+ videos to H.264 so the people with the iPhone can use the youtube app without flash.

the problem is most people use flash in the Safari browser. Which means a program, even one running on the iPhone natively, converting apps into flv format, isn't terribly useful.
