Okay, so in cydia I've been trying to download banner tweaks that either color my banner or make it smaller. Tweaks such as SmallBanner and FlagPaint. Downloads are successful, installation is successful but in preview mode It shows up as a normal banner, and when i receive text or notifications it shows up as a normal banner. Has anyone encountered these problems too?

I've Resprung, Reset, Turned off, Deleted, Reinstalled, Repaired/restored the Tweak/app, only thing that could be causing the problem is application conflicts.
