    killbackground is the one but it isn't working for some people right now(me included)
    weekillbackground is for killing the apps through your notification center.

    The one I'm talking about was recently in the "best tweaks" no more then 3 months ago. Basically once you hit the home key and try to close your apps running in the background on the bottom right side a skull appears and you can tap it and it closes all running apps.

    Yeah that's called killbackground. I'm using it fine now on ios6. iPhone 4
