I'm wondering if there is an iPhone app that will allow me to edit a .png image and retain it's .png file format when saved. All the editors I've found will only save it as a .jpg which doesn't allow transparencies.
It would be great to be able to edit and save a .png image on the iPhone instead of having to file transfer it to Photoshop, edit it, then transfer it back to the phone.
Anyone know if there is an app or tweak that can do this?

I did a little searching around and I couldn't find anything (that doesn't use Flash).
Transferring files to the computer and back is a small price to pay for the precision of a mouse and the convenience of keyboard shortcuts!
If you change your mind I found a cool site called aviary.com that has a bunch of free editing tools.

App Store - ArtStudio
But in order to keep transparency, you have to "Send PNG by E-Mail" to yourself, which isn't very convienent, however it works for iOS.My brain has an error at line 300: In function brainInitialize: the function "sarcasm" may not respond to "init".
