FTP from Iphone to PC to download music at work

I am honestly very surprised i can't find an app to do this on my jailbroken device. This was a piece of cake on android to do. I am at work, i want to ftp to my home PC and download a couple mp3s over my 3g. And i can't find an app ANYWHERE on cydia that will do this! I know i can ftp into my iphone from a PC but that is useless to me from work. I need to initiate the connection from work to my pc at home from my iphone. Can it not be done?

If you're willing to configure a few things, you might be able to set up your PC with OpenSSH and use SSH + SCP to access your PC remotely and copy files to your local device (using Mobile Terminal for example). I don't know how you'd set up a Windows PC with SSH, but I'm sure it can be done.

i use logmein, its in the appstore, works great. you can use in conjunction with ifile (available in cydia) if you want to organize your music after you have downloaded it.
