I'm not sure if this has been asked before and I can't get the search to work, hence the question.

Is there a way to keep the screen blank when a call is received? I don't want to blacklist anything and I don't want to silence anything, I just don't want the screen to light up when a call comes in.

This would obviously need a press on something like the home button (or the screen) to activate the screen. I need it to stop my phone lighting up and dazzling me when I'm driving at night. Face down or off are not options.
