back up cydia apps??

im looking for an app to do this when i will shitch from iphone 4 to the new 4... wich one is best or what the simples way??

There is an app in Cydia called xBackup, by removed that you can use.

Try aptbackup yeah it takes less then a second but it does work

Also Appbackup for games
