    Default Automatic Question marks.

Like doing a double space to get a period, but doing an alternative to get a question mark. Could be 3 spaces. Could simply end with a question mark when the sentence is started with a who, what, when, why, or who. I can't be the only one annoyed with always having to press extra keys just for a ? Something for an exclamation point would be great also.

I know your probably looking for a tweak to do this while keeping the standard double space for a period, but isn't there a setting in the new iOS 5 that let's you choose what is typed after a double space? I haven't played with it, but there might be a way to set multiple ones like you said with 3 spaces.

You cannot use spaces in the new text shortcuts. I did make one where I type qu and it makes a question mark, but it cannot be typed directly after a word, has to be a space first so the "qu" I type is like it's own word. It works, but it would be better if it could be automatic, and without the extra space.
