Fake Call app??

is there a fake call app out there anywhere?
they have it for the treo, you can Schedule a fake call to get out of a boring meeting or other event ... i think i even saw where you can put in what the caller ID displays! that could be Very, Very handy!!

anyone seen an app like this for the iphone??
anyone interested in developing it??

You could always make alarm with phone ringer sound.
