Can't find this app - action menu mail attachment

I had to get a new iPhone after my other one died and wanted an app I had on the old one. I just can't find it or remember it's name. It was an action menu add-on that added a plus symbol at the end of the action menu. When you clicked on the plus, you could attach a photo. Does anyone know what this app is or give some idea in cydia where I could find it? Many thanks.
