Create a lockscreen theme [HELP]

I wasnt sure where I should post this thread, but Ill try here..

So I want to create my own theme for my lockscreen in HTML. My problem is that i dont know how to do that. I know the basics of HTML, but not more. All tutorials i watches, trying to learn me how to make a website, but I want to make a lockscreen theme!

So could anyone here send me a link to some nice free tutorials on how to do that? Thanx alot.

I'll try my best to help you, but before I begin, I need you to tell me what it is you are trying to do? Are you trying to make a lockscreen theme with just one image? Or a slideshow one? Are you trying to change the unlock text/graphics? Let me know and I will help you out.
