Barcode scanning inventory

Does anyone know of a free or pay app that will allow me to use an iphone to scan computers, monitors, printers, etc.. bar codes but also transfer data to a computer for inventory purposes?

this app can be downloaded and the sourcecode for the development of the application is free for download ---> see Barcode 2 sql
