looking for tweak

i saw a you tube video about an that was very boring and not usefull.
but the dude's phone had another tweak that i really want but I cant find and I dont know its name.
the tweak puts a status bar copy in your app switcher area, so you can see battery wi-fi notifiacations etc... very quickly anytime.

where can i find this or similar tweak??
