when iphone syncs with itunes, all apps are removed?

Hi all,

I hope this is in the right section

I have an iPhone 3GS on 4.3.3 (RedSn0w) and all I have on it at the moment is Angry Birds Rio (unpaid) + Angry Birds (iTunes paid)

I connected my iPhone up to my laptop as I wanted to put some music on it but before I got to do anything, it did a sync, I didn't catch it in time as, once plugged in I went to the toilet and came back to late everything was gone, NO music and NO Angry Birds, paid or not.

I put just Angry Birds Rio back on and withing 2 days completed all levels with full fruit and all 3 stars, I hooked the phone up again to my lappy, itunes sync started, I cancelled it and when I went to play Rio, it was gone again

am I suppose to use something that will allow me to sync a JailBroken iPhone with iTunes>?

someone said I had to have an app called AppSync but I have been unable to find it :/
