I dont kno if its the new version or me...but both terminal apps will automatically hit ENTER at 3 characters typed.... how am i supposed to type cd .. and

    how am i supposed to type cd .. and get bak a directory if it hits enter after cd.??? even if i space 3 times it will hit enter...

    I had that problem, since I restored my iPhone image I never fully found the fix. Some people are reporting that if you reinstall the BSD subsystem it will resolve the problem.

    I also noticed the problem a day or two after grabbing the newest version of the BSD Subsystem a while back. The problem isn't limited to just terminal, if you have installed webshell you will notice the problem there. That then proves the problem is not in terminal but a system configuration/file system issue.
