Change icons on springboard

Does anyone know a cheap way to change the icons of some of my apps? iPhone 4.3.2.

I'm too cheap to buy IconHarvester.

Why do you not Jailbreak your iDevice and get WinterBoard for custom theming. You can also Open SSH so that you have more control over your iDevice. Just a suggestion

Also if you jailbreak you can SSH and add the files that this website gives you after creating a theme. Check out the link below.
