SB Rotator Not Working?

I've tried to download SBRotator, and it hasn't let me for some reason. Has this been happening to any of you guys also?
If so, what other app can I get to stop the rotation.

Correction: I already have sb settings just so you know.

there is an sbrotator for 3.x and 4.x...make sure your trying to download the correct one. I downloaded 4.x and it works great.
