Custom tones for calls/test messages?

I was looking all over Cydia for some tweak/app that will let me choose my own custom made tones for calls/text messages.

Is there already a tweak/app out for this?
If not, is it possible that someone is capable to make one?

I'm pretty sure ToneFX would enable you to change up the sounds for everything and you could ssh or add your custom tones through itunes. My gf uses it and loves it...I'm over hearing Super Mario sounds for new texts though! ha
