[REQUEST] LockInfo meets Notified Pro

I have no idea how this would be doable, but I like so many aspects of the two but both are lacking in certain areas. I just quickly threw this together while staring at LockInfo's "InfoShade" wishing it were more like Notified.

This would be my ideal way to execute it. I would call it something like NotifiedShade or something.

Any of you on here know how to make this happen?

The icons are from NotifiedApp, btw.
