could someone make a screamer app?
basically, it would be a mobile substrate plugin and you would open the app to set how long after the ipod is turned on that the scream would go off. it would silently run in the background, and when the time is up, the image and sound of your choice would popup onto the screen and scare the heck out of the person. then after 2 seconds it would disappear?

until an app is created(if ever) you could use the apple clock app<timer with a custom ringtone... of a scream

I dint know any that would take in this project. But maybe one will find this thread and help you out.
