Is there a Batch App Quit program?

Hey gang-

Is there any iPhone app that will quickly quit all Apps running in the background? It's such a PITA to go to the task bar and close apps one at a time. Apple AppStore or Jailbreak apps all considered! I'm running iOS 4.0 on a jailbroken 3gs.
