Identify the charge mode used
On Android there are ways to see if you are charging via wall plug (1000mA) or normal USB (500mA). I have been searching for a similar app/function for iPhone but came up empty handed. The charging mode is decided by the voltage on the data pins on the USB, perhaps there is no API function to get this information?

I too wonder if this information is available. Awhile back this info would of been helpful while trouble-shooting a charging/battery issue. Seems like it should be possible, but I've never run across anything yet.

I want to say it is available because MyWi has this information or something similar.
