FiveIRows on 4.0?

Everyone remembers the FiveIRows mod on 3.1.2 but how can you get it to work on the newest firmware I'm trying to tackle it myself right now but I have no idea how to code for apple products

I found an app that works and you have to use through winterboard, it's called either the FiveLRows or Five Icon Dock.

Oh, now I see what you're saying . . . I only like the five rows on the bottom. Sorry I only have the information supplied :/
