Edit user dictionary

Would it be possible to make a Cydia tweak which enables the Edit user dictionary in the international keyboard section? It's a setting to add custom words to the autocorrection dictionary.

I can enable it myself, but to do that I have to add Japanese to my keyboards and I don't want that, so that's why I'm asking for a Cydia tweak, just like someone did with emoji.

I have the Japanese keyboard already, but where did the tweak come from that you posted?

It's not a tweak I have, I want this tweak.

And yes, I know that when I add japanese keyboard I get the same but I donīt want the Japanese keyboard on.
