alternating wallpaper

i've already Google'd this and cant find anything

is there an way i can automatically alternate wallpapers every hour or so without going into settings?

seems like a simple enough tweak to make [what do i know though im not a developer}

my apologies if this is already made but my research turned up nothing....also i don't want any themes with alternating wallpapers....just wallpapers

Bigboss repo had alternating wallpapers. That's the only place I know off the top of my head. Not sure if it runs on iPhone 4 or 4.0.
