emulate an os???

is it possable to emulate say win95 or somthing on a touch/pod? Its been done on a psp, so its gotta be possable with touch/phones superior processer and far superior ram (psp-4 mb, touch/phone-116 mb... Slight advantage)

and if its not possable how about a pspwxp for touch/phone? (iphonewxp?)

actually is a psp portal (saved webpages that can be run from its mem card) im just sayin mabey you can convert the pages to an app while retaining the original portal
