Lock iP4 during Call without Headset
So-
I see that someone has created a little dongle and is selling it on ebay for people to simulate having a headset plugged into the iP4 so that you can hit the lock button and lock the phone instead of hanging up your call.
I would really like to be able to lock the phone since my proximity sensor sucks *** and hangs up, presses touch tones, adds calls, puts on hold, etc.; at least 10 times a day. While you have to respect someone who, with a straight face, can say "try to use the speakerphone option to prevent this issue" (read Apple Support), it doesn't work for me.
Please note, if you are considering developing this, that it is not even just attached to the lock button, as I used Activator to setup a different gesture to lock the phone and it hung up the call as though I had hit the lock button. Only way around it is to plug in a headset or use a BT headset, then it will allow you to lock.
Only workaround for now is free App Store Call Guard App which I attached to an Activator Gesture.
Plz help before Apple updates for 4.1, fixes this, and spurs me to lose my Jailbreak so that I can use the iP4 as... imagine... a PHONE.Evolution of an iPhone User:
