I want an app to be able to automatically be opened at a certain time every day. Is there an app/program that will allow me to do that?

BTW i have a iphone 3gs ios4

if you are jailbroken then yes there is search in cydia for ischeduler, it can schedule an app to be opened at a certain time any day you want, also has many other features
