disable icon rearrangement

i find it quite annoying sometimes when i acciedentally keep my finger on the screen. so i think an app that lets you disable the icon rearrangement feature would be good

Why are you accidentally keeping your finger on the screen? Don't do that and the problem is solved. And is it really that hard to just press the home button to fix it?
