Turn off Location Permission Popups

Particularly for Safari, the '"Such and such" Would Like To Use Your Current Location Don't Allow/OK' is bothersome. Any way to turn it off, or put in a setting that gives the user permission for specific apps, overriding the pop-up?

Not Location Services, the nagging popup that asks me if I want to update my location. That can't be turned off...
