I need an app, that's like putting a passcode lock on the entire ipod, but only for a certain app. Like for example I want my notes app to be locked, so whenever i open it, i have to put in the passcode that i chose, but for other apps it opens without any security stuff. Is that out there somewhere??
There is locktopus and lockdown available in Cydia. I personally use Lockdown and love it. It has more features that you set up in the Settings app once it is installed. Having not used Loctopus I can't comment on it, but people seem to like it as well. With Lockdown you can choose to lock one app, all apps, or any combination in-between. It also let's you disable it for when you are using it and quickly reenable it when you hand it to someone else. You can set different passwords for different apps an there is also a safeword incase you forget your password. I have been using it since it's infancy and this version was a huge jump featurewise.
