illumine theme icon creator!

Now, i know most of us have got over illumine, since it was taken of cydia... But it would still be awesome to have an app that creates and saves icons to the iphone...

Basicly you could get an image of the net or resize the actual icon to fit and then have a choice between a couple of under glows...

I know this is a lot to ask but as i have no experience in programming it would be awesome!!!

yeah that would be pretty awesome, although it does seem that it is pretty easy to do so using SSH (but i have yet to do so myself as i am content with my Alit with green font combination.)
